🚨 Matchday Travel Advice | Manchester United v Bournemouth 🚨
With Manchester United taking on Bournemouth at Old Trafford today, Sunday 25 October, with a 2:00pm kick-off, we are expecting significantly increased traffic across Trafford and the surrounding road network.
Please be aware that, due to ongoing Metrolink disruption, there are currently no tram services operating on some routes. Replacement bus services are running, so supporters are advised to plan their journeys accordingly and allow extra time for travel.
The current stormy weather has left roads wet and slippery, while high winds may have resulted in debris, fallen branches, and other hazards on the highway. Drivers are encouraged to remain vigilant, reduce their speed, and leave extra stopping distance.
If your journey is not essential, please consider whether you need to travel today. Roads are expected to be particularly busy due to football traffic, adverse weather conditions, and public transport disruption, which may make journeys longer and potentially more hazardous than usual.
✅ Allow extra journey time
Stay safe, plan ahead, and enjoy the match if you're attending. ⚽🚔
